The Hensard Journal of Health Governance and Digital Transformation (HJHGDT) invites original, high-quality manuscripts for its inaugural issue (Volume 01, Issue 01) to be published in 2026.

The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for research at the intersection of public health, health systems governance, public policy, and digital transformation, with a strong focus on evidence-based decision-making in low-, middle-, and high-income country contexts.

Scope of the Call

Submissions may address, but are not limited to, the following themes:

  • Health governance and health system strengthening

  • Digital health, artificial intelligence, and health policy

  • Public health policy analysis and reform

  • Ethics, regulation, and governance of digital health technologies

  • Health equity, access, and accountability

  • Digital transformation in health service delivery

  • Global health governance and comparative health systems
