Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. Authors are required to use the official journal template. Please download it here: [Template Link]. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  • ✅ This submission is original, has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere.

  • ✅ The manuscript is in Microsoft Word format and follows the formatting and referencing style (APA 7th edition).

  • ✅ All authors and affiliations are clearly listed, with the corresponding author identified.

  • ✅ A cover letter is included, explaining the contribution and significance of the submission.

  • ✅ All figures and tables are appropriately labeled and embedded within the main text.

  • ✅ A separate file with high-quality figures/tables has been uploaded if necessary.

  • ✅ References have been thoroughly checked for accuracy and formatted consistently.

  • ✅ Ethical approvals (if applicable) and funding disclosures are provided.

  • ✅ The author agrees to the journal's open-access and copyright policies.

Research Articles

This section publishes original research articles presenting empirical, theoretical, or methodological contributions to health governance, public policy, digital transformation, and health systems research.

Review Articles

This section publishes systematic reviews, scoping reviews, and critical literature reviews that synthesize existing evidence on health governance, digital health, policy frameworks, and institutional transformation.

Policy Analysis and Commentary

This section features policy analyses, commentaries, and perspectives that examine contemporary health governance challenges, regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation policies at national and global levels.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.
