HJE provides a multidisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange knowledge and propose solutions to national and regional environmental challenges, including deforestation in the Niger Delta, desertification in the North, coastal erosion, oil spill contamination, urban flooding, and waste management crises in Nigerian cities.

    The Hensard University Law Journal (HULJ) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Hensard University. The Journal features articles of the highest quality which broadly advance scholarship across all fields of law, in addition to consolidating analytical thinking underpinning both established and emerging areas of contemporary legal development. This Call for Papers will accommodate full-length articles, reviews, short notes, and case law. The forthcoming Volume is scheduled for publication in June 2026, as approved by the Editorial Board. Publication in the Journal is free of charge. Manuscripts must conform to the guidelines approved by the Editorial Board.
