Author Guidelines

The Hensard Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (HJAI-DS) publishes original, high-quality scholarly work in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and their interdisciplinary applications. Submissions should demonstrate methodological rigor, originality, clarity, and relevance to scientific, technological, or societal challenges.

Scope and Subject Areas

The journal welcomes manuscripts in areas including, but not limited to:

  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning

  • Deep learning and neural networks

  • Data science, analytics, and big data

  • Natural language processing and generative AI

  • Computer vision and image analysis

  • Explainable and responsible AI

  • AI applications in health, environment, economics, governance, and development

Manuscript Preparation

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point

  • Line spacing: 1.5 or double

  • Pages numbered consecutively

Manuscript Structure

Title; Abstract (150–250 words); Keywords (3–6); Introduction; Methods/Methodology; Results; Discussion; Conclusion; Acknowledgements (if any); Funding Statement (if applicable); Conflict of Interest Statement; Data Availability Statement; References.

Citation and References

All citations and references must follow APA 7th edition.

Example (Journal Article):
Smith, J. A., & Adeyemi, K. O. (2022). Machine learning models for disease prediction. Journal of Data Science, 10(2), 115–130. https://doi.org/10.xxxx/xxxx

Only sources cited in the text should appear in the reference list.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Please confirm that:

  • The manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • The submission fits within the scope of the journal.

  • The manuscript file is in Word format (.doc or .docx).

  • All figures and tables are cited and properly labeled.

  • References follow APA 7th edition style.

  • Author-identifying information has been removed from the main manuscript file.

  • Ethical approvals and conflict-of-interest statements are provided where applicable.
